: major poetic elephant stamp to anyone who can figure this one for me ... i'm trying to remember a poem or more likely a of a poem i once knew (how sad). it was about how love had devastatingly overtaken the poet (presumably), and he used the imagery of (i think) diana's hounds and perhaps himself as the deer ... it went something like: : no longer is it simply/merely the thrill (and here i think he used some sort of hunt ogy ... who knows, the smell of the hunt, pretty sure it was thrill of the chase or similar); : something something ... dug her/its teeth/claws/fangs etc ... : gee, i remembered it pretty well, huh? : anyway, it was lovely. : if anyone can help out, would be most graciously grateful, : andrew
