well in this sonnet, she begins the first stanza by telling her lover that if he must love her, then to not love her just for her beauty or looks or her voice, and in the second stanza she explains that although these things are nice, that any of them can change and she is afraid if he loves her for her looks and voice and so on, that if they change then he may not love her anymore. In the last stanza she says not to love her for being a pitiful woman whom he must save but to love her just for love, and to love her for all eternity
