I have the following lines from a Waller poem. Can anyone tell me the name of the poem from which it comes?

In such green palaces the first kings reigned and angels entertained
with such old counsellors they advise; and by frequenting sacred groves grow wise
Free from the impediments of light and noise man thus retired, his noblest thoughts employs.
