: i also have to ysize this poem, and must give a speech on it next week. i was searching online for some guidance, but there are very few websites which give an interpretation of poetical works without charge. best of luck to you!
: i tend to take my readings too literally, and therefore i've probably overlooked the main focus of the poem, but i think it has to do with how neglected and unappreciated nature is, and how the lack of appreciation of nature in our society lowers us and as he says something to the effect that he would rather be a pagan than to not see nature's beauty. these things were fairly obvious i suppose, although i hope i've been somewhat helpful. best wishes with your project and have a nice day.
: Frances
